Kohzar Handpicked Dried Plums bring a deeper sweet-tart fruit character to the pantry. Their chewy texture and concentrated flavor make them enjoyable on their own while also giving cooks and bakers an ingredient that pairs well with both sweet and savory foods.
Drying concentrates the character of plums, creating a rich, slightly tangy sweetness and a satisfyingly chewy bite. They are a good option when you want a dried fruit that feels more distinctive than a standard raisin. The sweet-tart profile gives them a different character from milder dried fruits, which makes them useful when a recipe needs more depth.
Enjoy them straight from the pouch, chop into breakfast bowls, add to baked goods, or simmer into compotes and sauces. Their sweet-tart profile can also complement cheese boards, savory grain dishes and chutney-style preparations. Chop them into smaller pieces for baking and breakfast bowls, or soften them when using them in sauces, compotes and chutneys.
They also pair well with nuts, grains and cheese on a serving plate, adding both chew and fruit flavor. Keeping them in the pantry gives you a fruit option that works for both quick snacking and more involved recipes. That combination of fruit flavor, texture and convenience makes it easy to keep this product in regular rotation from breakfast through tea time. For regular use, Handpicked Dried Plums offers a straightforward way to keep a familiar ingredient ready without overcomplicating the meal or snack.
