Pricing Errors: If a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers or providers, Kohzar shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products or services listed at the incorrect price.

Collection Activities: If we are unable to collect fees owed for products or services, we may take necessary steps to collect such fees, and you will be responsible for all associated costs.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Kohzar and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

Mobile Message Service:
By consenting to Kohzar SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Kohzar through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Kohzar. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code, email or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honouring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Smart cookies who sign up to receive Kohzar emails via the 10% off pop-up will be treated to 10% off their next order. This offer is limited to a single-use 10% off code per email address and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount. Offer available for first time subscribers only.

From time to time we like to treat our customers with fun competitions. Competitions will be promoted via (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and emails. All details terms and conditions will be tailored to each competition and displayed accordingly.

Any competitions to receive reviews will be promoted to all customers and clearly expressed that we ask for genuine reviews, whether positive or negative.

Purchase and Delivery:

Gift Cards & Coupons are available in fixed denominations specified at the time of purchase.
Upon purchase, Gift Cards will be delivered electronically via email to the email address provided during the purchase process. Coupons are available to special groups and partners for a certain time and constrained by numbers utilised. Kohzar have the right to cancel coupons in case the coupons are misused by individuals.
We are not responsible for any incorrect email addresses provided during the purchase process or for Gift Cards lost, stolen, or used without permission.

Redemption:

Gift Cards & coupons can be redeemed only on our official website for eligible products and services.
Gift Cards & coupons cannot be redeemed for cash, resold, or transferred to another person or account.
Gift Cards & coupons are non-refundable and non-returnable.
The total value of the Gift Cards & coupons will be applied towards the total order value, including taxes and shipping charges (if applicable).
If the order value exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining balance must be paid using an alternative payment method.
Multiple Gift Cards can be used in a single transaction if desired but is subject to limitation.

Expiration and Balance:

Gift Cards & coupons are valid for a period of three (1) years from the date of purchase.
Gift Cards & coupons balances do not accrue interest and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

Customer Responsibilities:

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the email address provided for Gift Card delivery.
The customer is solely responsible for the safekeeping and security of the Gift Cards & coupons details, including the unique code.
The customer should promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorized use or fraudulent activity related to their Gift Cards & coupons.

General Terms:

Gift Cards & coupons are issued and managed by Kohzar.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate these Terms or the Gift Cards & coupons program at any time, without prior notice.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall be the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

The trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade dress and logos (collectively, “Marks”) contained or described on this Site are the sole property of Kohzar and/or its suppliers or licensors and may not be copied, imitated or otherwise used, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorization of Kohzar and/or its suppliers or licensors

(9) Gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any of the Site, accounts, computer systems or networks connected to Kohzar through hacking, password mining or any other means;

(10) Obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Site or harvest or otherwise collect information about other users without their consent.

Certain products or services may be offered for sale on the Site. In the event you wish to purchase or to subscribe for any of these products or services, you will be asked by Kohzar or an authorized third party to supply certain information, including without limitation, your full name, address, telephone number and credit card information. You agree to provide us or such third party with the foregoing information as well as any other mandatory information that is accurate, complete and current, and to comply with the terms and conditions of any agreement that you may enter into governing your purchase of the product or service.

By providing Kohzar with your credit card number and associated payment information, you agree that Kohzar, and/or our third party service providers are authorized to immediately invoice your account for all fees and charges due and payable to us as a result of your order, including but not limited to service fees, subscription fees or any other fee or charge associated with your access to the services and/or purchase of products. In the event that access to an applicable service requires a recurring payment, you agree that we (or our third party payment service provider) may automatically invoice your account at the beginning of each recurring period. We reserve the right to increase charges and fees, or to institute new charges or fees at any time, upon reasonable advance notice communicated to you through a posting on the applicable Site or such other means as we may deem appropriate from time to time (including electronic mail or conventional mail). You agree that in the event we are unable to collect the fees you owe us for the products or services specified in your order, we may take any other steps we deem necessary to collect such fees from you, and that you will be responsible for all costs and expenses incurred by us in connection with such collection activity, including collection fees, interest, court costs and attorneys’ fees.
